Privacy Notice
We want you to understand what happens to the information you share while using Integra.
Last updated: 22 September 2026
1. Who is responsible
Integra is operated by Viktoriia Suponieva, Ukraine. For privacy questions, access, correction, or deletion requests, contact Yiv77103@gmail.com.
2. Information we process
When you sign in, we receive an account identifier and email from the sign-in provider. We store your chat messages, generated plans, and basic conversation details so you can return to them. To build a plan, you may provide your name, age, country of origin, current and target countries, immigration status, and integration goal. In the community, we process the name, country, posts, answers, and comments you choose to submit; community contributions are visible to other visitors.
We count the five free preview questions per account and may keep basic operational logs. Do not include identity-document numbers, passwords, payment details, or other highly sensitive information in messages or public posts.
3. Why we use it
We use the information to generate personalized guidance, operate the community, enforce usage limits, protect the service from abuse, answer support requests, and maintain the website. Where privacy law requires a legal basis, these uses may rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, consent where required, or legal obligations.
4. Who receives information
When you use your own OpenAI API key for an AI reply or plan, Integra sends that request, recent chat context, and the key through our server to OpenAI. The key is not put in the page URL, saved in our database, or stored in your browser between visits. It exists in the page while you are connected and is sent with each request you initiate. OpenAI processes the request under your OpenAI account; review OpenAI’s privacy and API terms before connecting a key. Website hosting and database providers process data needed to run Integra. Public community content can be read by anyone. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Storage, security, and international processing
Saved conversations, plans, preview-use records, and community contributions are stored to operate the service. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, support requests, or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where practical. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not use a shared or high-privilege API key; set a spending limit in your OpenAI account.
6. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to submit optional information or post publicly. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you by emailing Yiv77103@gmail.com. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to your data, especially for public community posts. Applicable law may give you additional rights, including objection or complaint to a data-protection authority.
7. Changes and contact
We will update this notice when our data practices change. The updated date above shows the latest version. Questions can be sent to Yiv77103@gmail.com.
